Final walk-throughs are an integral part of the real estate process, especially when buying a home!
The final walk-through should occur three to five days prior to closing. It allows you to see the home's condition before the closing process is complete. This is a valuable opportunity to take advantage of to ensure that:
-Personal property agreed upon remains.
-Negotiated repairs are completed.
-The systems are still working.
-The house is ready for you to move in.
-No new damage has occurred to the home.
